Position Specific Description
This role is responsible for support of FPL service-related requests such as street lighting, signalization, toll gantries and transportation related equipment per reviewed Agency Roadway plans. Serve as FPL liaison for points of service, contributions, along with account billing updates while adhering to FPL policy, design, permitting and standard requirements. This job requires collaboration skills and follow through with external customers and Agency contacts, consultants and engineers. Work with FPL internal support teams such as Project Managers, Account Managers, Schedulers, and Distribution Operations to ensure ability to meet agency schedules.
This job is responsible for applying diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices to a broad variety of assignments and related fields. Employees in this role evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects. This position conducts analysis on system performance and reliability strategy and provides recommendations.

• Acts as a single point of contact for mid-level complexity projects for the department
• Tracks and reports on performance
• Delivers company standards, policies, training, and support of organization
• Prepares communications and presentations, and conducts meetings
• Meets attendance and storm duty requirements
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
• High School Grad / GED
• Bachelor's - Engineering
• Experience:2+ years
• Certified Professional Engineer (PE)
• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
• Master's Degree
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
• Six Sigma Master Black Belt
