Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Business Continuity Management efforts with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity activities.

Lead team to:

  • Develop, update, and maintain business continuity plans to deal with organizational emergencies.

  • Lead business continuity plan integration, training, and testing.

  • Identify opportunities for strategic improvement of business continuity plans.

  • Provide 7/24 event management on-call support on a rotational basis.

  • Contribute to establishing and maintaining business continuity programs, processes and practices which effectively ensures that the enterprise program remains current, and incorporates/aligns with industry standards and practices as appropriate, and adequately covers regulatory requirements.

  • Be a subject matter expert for business continuity management.

  • Part of a team of BCM-risk management professionals who work with senior management in all lines of business to coordinate business continuity governance activities.

  • Continuity planning and event management, development and facilitation of enterprise-wide event exercises, relationship management with external vendors, development of corporate policy, standards, and guidelines.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Roles at this level require industry specific experience. University / college degree with 7+ years of relevant experience. Certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professionals are preferred.
