Responsibilities:

Compensation (100%):

  • Assists in assessing the effectiveness of existing compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures. Helps to make recommendations on revisions of current programs, policies, and processes.

  • Support the retention of our top talent by providing advice and creative ideas on compensation related solutions.

  • Lead compensation processes including the annual pay for performance process, incentive accruals, merit and incentive allocation, compensation statement production.

  • Consults / Partners with the recruiting team on external hire compensation recommendations.

  • Support regular compensation offers and data reviews.

  • Manages the administration of the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP). Provide support and education to participants including executive and directors during the annual grant process

  • Manage the administration of all Incentive plan documents and reviews. Ensure plan changes are discussed and administered appropriately

  • Assist in the preparation of materials for the compensation committee and board of directors meetings in partnership with Finance, and other total rewards team members

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

Roles at this level require a university / college degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or a related degree and 5+ years of relevant/direct industry experience in Compensation/Human Resources.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working with cloud based or on premise HR systems (i.e. SAP Success Factors preferred)

  • Excel Expertise

  • Analytical and critical thinking

  • Attention to detail

Preferred:

  • CCP

Work Environment:

The position is considered variable on-site , meaning this position will primarily work remotely and may be required to report to the office or another location on a regular or occasional basis. Reporting location and frequency may be subject to change based on job role and department needs.
