Work with the NDC team to provide excellent customer service across the Duquesne Light service territory.
Measure and report progress against department and group objectives.
Contribute to ongoing development of processes and documentation to coordinate with internal DLC stakeholders and customers
Research and understand current industry trends for new development and construction within the utility industry.
Maintain project logs and schedules.
Attend and document virtual and in-person customer meetings and site visits according to the project plan.
Strong analytical skills, demonstrated interpersonal skills, and competence working both individually and as a team member. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work with highly confidential information will be crucial.
Professionalism with all internal stakeholders and external customers is imperative.
Demonstrated ability to present ideas logically and concisely to diverse audiences at all organizational levels, both verbally and in writing.
Moderate to Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are highly desired.
Candidates should be majoring in Engineering, business, supply chain, construction management, or other related fields. Students must have completed their sophomore year.
Work will be conducted in a hybrid environment with some time working remotely, and some time required to be in-office/on-site. Candidates must be within close proximity to Pittsburgh.
