The Supply Chain G&A Analyst II plays a key role in supporting the functions, processes, and systems within the Supply Chain. As a member of the Governance and Analytics team, the Analyst II assists in the overall management of governance surrounding Supply Chain policies, procedures, controls, system reporting and metrics. The Analyst II role focuses on systems, processes, and reporting to ensure functional areas of the Supply Chain can meet objectives for continuous process improvement and deliver value.

Executes key Supply Chain Management (SCM) Governance and Analytics functions such as developing and monitoring SC methodologies, processes, systems, policies and procedures, metrics, and KPIs.
Assists the Governance and Analytics Manager, as needed, in developing and maintaining the overall strategy, processes, policies, procedures, systems, and metrics; ensuring alignment with key stakeholders
Independently manages process, policy, procedure, and other documentation updates.
Monitors enterprise compliance for processes and systems, identifying, and reporting risks.
Serves as SCM systems technical expert, providing system troubleshooting and remediation of system defects and changes.
Serves as SCM systems expert in process and system improvements within the SCM function, as well as represents SCM interests on cross functional system projects.
Facilitates the development and fulfillment of SCM system, process, and performance KPIs, as well as responds to requests for ad hoc reports and analysis
Assists in the development of SCM processes and system-related training for SCM functional areas
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or Business
3-5+ years of related experience
SAP Experience preferred
