Our projects are regulated by federal and state laws which require all employees to successfully pass criminal background checks, MVR, and drug tests (post-employment and random testing).


Quality Inspector provides Quality support, leadership, and technical expertise on assigned projects. Coordinates efforts to ensure compliance with site-specific quality plans, corporate quality plans and policies, project requirements, and all Federal, State, and local requirements.


  • To ensure the Installation and Maintenance of the client’s pipeline system meet all their standards/specifications.

  • Ensures that the employees have the required Operator Qualifications (OQ) and training.

  • Complete daily Quality Inspection reports.

  • Documents and maintain the Quality Inspection database.

  • Perform Quality Nonconformance Investigations.

  • Documents and maintains corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).

  • Assist with OQ training and Qualifications of new hires, current employees.

  • Other duties as assigned.


Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities:

  • Have a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and the ability to drive a company vehicle.

  • Knowledge and usage of the English language are required.

  • High School education or GED

  • Basic math skills

  • Strong people, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Hold current Fuser OQ qualifications. If OQ qualifications are not current, then the candidate must have the knowledge, skill, & ability to obtain OQ’s within the first 30 days of employment.

  • Ability to use computers, iPhone/iPad, and other office equipment; must be proficient in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Read, interpret, and implement UCCo and customers Quality policies and procedures and customers Gas Standards manual(s).

  • Understanding of The Federal Code of Regulation (49 CFR 192/195) and OSHA 1910/1926 regulations and can instruct others in these rules and regulations.

  • Must have strong written and verbal skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with proven follow-through skills.

  • Excellent listening, judgment, and verbal communication skills are necessary for interaction with Superintendents, Inspectors, and field crews.

  • Must be able to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possesses strong time management skills.

  • Must have strong computer skills for current and future software scheduling and construction industry-related programs
