You are able to choose to work at home, or our offices in Cottage Grove, De Pere or Pewaukee, Wis., depending on your schedule for the day and the needs of the business.

Essential Responsibilities:

Are you a skilled and passionate professional with a knack for troubleshooting network issues and want to expand your skills across all areas of IT? In this position you’ll use your associate’s degree in computer science, MIS or related degree or experience to monitor the health of all facets of IT systems, including network, server hosting, storage, applications and more. You will perform troubleshooting, problem resolution, and escalation of service issues.

You will also oversee the preventive maintenance of various systems, including patching, configuring, testing, and performing upgrades to ensure systems stay secure and run with limited interruption due to failures or outages. In addition, you’ll independently research and develop new approaches which improve process efficiency and reduce human error, and also perform root cause analysis of issues to improve monitoring and determine how to avoid similar issues in the future.
