Position Specific Description

Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm with extended hours as necessary.
Employees in this role are viewed as a trusted energy advisor with strong relationships focused on Commercial/Industrial and Governmental customers. This role will manage Tier 1 customers with a mix of proactive outreach and reactive customer service conducted through phone calls, email communications, and site visits. The employees in this role are independently proficient in account management and are knowledgeable in handling customer inquiries that can span across numerous business units. The successful candidate must also demonstrate good understanding of routine processes and considerable knowledge of FPL organizational business units and stakeholders.
The top candidate should have basic experience and knowledge to work with Excel, PowerPoint, CAMS, TCMS, and other distribution applications along with a strong technical acumen and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of leadership. Basic knowledge of Demand Side Management (DSM) programs. Having CEM or CEA also a plus.
FPL experience preferred.
