Job Summary:

Responsible for understanding, upholding and promoting CSG’s Critical Success Factors, 1) Safety First!; 2) Financial Success (including operational excellence); 3) Employee Satisfaction (including development and training), and 4) Customer Satisfaction.

Wage range $24 to $31 per hour (depending on experience and training with potential for Over-Time.) This position will be based in Parkville, MO.

Minimum Qualifications:

Diagnoses, rebuild and repair vehicles and heavy equipment

Performs inspections and preventive maintenance

Prepares and maintains records and reports

Set-up new equipment and vehicles

Safely drive various vehicles and/or transport equipment

Conduct all work with established safety procedure

Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Schedule: 10 hour shifts Monday – Friday, with the occasional Saturday


• Altec aerial Equipment

• Heavy Duty Construction Equipment: Vermeer, CAT, Terex, Kawasaki, ect.

• Heavy Duty Diesel: Peterbilt, Kenworth, International, Freightliner, Ford, CAT, Cummins, Detroit, Allison, Power-stroke, etc.

• Automotive Diesel: Ford, Chevrolet

Skills & Competencies

Our Ideal Candidate

• Three years of experience and/or training in maintenance and repair of trucks and/or heavy equipment

o Experience with power tools and hand tools

o Experience in use of diagnostic equipment

o Experience with operation of vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.

o Considerable knowledge of tools and techniques used in vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.

o Familiar with mechanical design and fabrication.

• Has or Willingness to obtain a class A CDL and DOT medical card

• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.


• Welding Experience

• Experience with electrical systems

• Hydraulic experience


• Must have own tools

• Ability to lift 50 lbs on regular basis

• Must have safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements.

• Drug screen & background check required.
