Position Specific Description

This position will Interact with plant customers, and the central maintenance organization to understand outage specifics. Coordinate activities to assure continuity of work and efficiency of scheduling. Maintain an effective interface with various fleet organizations relative to engineering and technical issues.

Primary responsibilities for this role will be related to creating repetitive use job plans in support of the Preventative Maintenance program.

Job plans contain work scope, schedulable tasks, labor requirement, materials requirements, services requirements, procedures, and all relevant drawings and documents necessary for the outage execution team to efficiently execute overhaul maintenance and repairs. Additionally, capture all relevant equipment specifications as location and asset information within our Enterprise Asset Management System.

Work Location: Based out of PGA office. Will require some travel to sites. Travel time estimate 15%

Job Overview

Employees in this job are responsible for project planning of major and minor equipment maintenance activities related to electrical power generation plants. Activities may include job identification, scope validation, cost and schedule estimating, and development of job specific work instructions.

• Performs administration of procurement contracts and documentation in support of outage execution

• Focuses on streamlining activities through the use of standardized processes and procedures, problem solving, and team engagement

• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED

• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience

• Experience: 2+ years

• Supervisor/Management Experience: 0+ years
