Primary Purpose
Leads the development of cybersecurity plans, strategy and policy to support and align with organizational cybersecurity missions and initiatives, in alignment with cybersecurity compliance obligations imposed on Exelon. Serves as a senior consultant with internal customers to evaluate functional requirements and leads the translation of functional requirements into technical solutions.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). This position can sit anywhere in the Exelon service area: preferred locations - Owings Mills, MD, Kennett Square, PA or Carneys Point, NJ. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
Primary Duties
Provides ownership and cross-entity coordination of Cyber & Information Security Services (CISS) owned cybersecurity compliance obligations: - Collaboratively develops Security Controls with the Business Units and CISS - Drives training, awareness, and knowledge transfer of compliance and security controls within CISS and across the organization
Maintain and enhance engagement with business and partners and other stakeholders
Drives CISS in developing the processes, workflows and evidence required for compliance to the cybersecurity compliance obligations supported by CISS: - Collaboratively works with the CISS departments to develop processes, workflows, and evidence required to meet compliance-related Security Controls developed and implemented by CISS - Collaboratively works with the business to develop processes, workflows and evidence required to meet compliance-related Security Controls developed and implemented by the business
Maintain technical knowledge and business acumen within cybersecurity and compliance competencies

Job Scope
Integrate and align information security and/or cybersecurity policies to ensure alignment of compliance and security controls
Perform requirements analysis to determine opportunities for new and improved business process solutions
Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders
Analyze and interpret relevant laws, statutes, standards and regulatory requirements and integrate into security and compliance programs
Assess policy needs and collaborate with stakeholders to develop controls to govern security and compliance activities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Legal Studies, Risk Management, or related discipline and 4 to 7 years of experience in information security, cybersecurity policy, and/or security compliance, or in lieu of degree, 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in a regulatory environment
Experience leading small projects or sub-teams and knowledge of project management
Strong problem solving and analysis ability
Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organization skills
Ability to work independently or on a team managing remote projects with minimal supervision
Proven ability to maintain standards in a high-performance culture
Demonstrated ability to build consensus and establish trust
Demonstrate business acumen and ability to work through ambiguity
PC skills: Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new applications

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $96,800.00/Yr. - USD $145,200.00/Yr.
