MYR Group Program Manager in Orlando, Florida
ABOUT THE ROLE
The EPC Program Manager is responsible for providing strategic oversight and coordination of multiple, often interconnected projects within the commercial and industrial electrical construction sector. This role ensures that program goals align with broader organizational priorities, overseeing resources, schedules, and operational execution. The EPC Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality delivery across all initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple electrical construction projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with safety and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, field crews, estimators, and senior leadership to ensure project success
Monitor program performance, proactively addressing risks, constraints, and resource conflicts
Ensure consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, changes, and outcomes
Facilitate strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights, progress reports, and forecasting
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and program delivery
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, codes, and company policies
Regular and predictable attendance
Other duties as assigned
Essential functions of this position are to be performed at a Company-designated office or field location
Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards
ABOUT YOU
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services
Strong understanding of commercial and industrial electrical systems and construction operations
Proven ability to manage large-scale programs involving multiple projects and teams
Solid knowledge of the N.E.C. and all relevant local codes
Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, etc. plans and specifications to include blueprints, proposals and other documents as they relate to electrical work
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Primavera, etc.)
Proficient with estimating software such as Accubid or equivalent
Ability to prepare construction schedules in Microsoft Project and/or Primavera
Excellent analytical, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
Team player who can successfully work with diverse internal and external partners
Self-driven with the ability to stay on-task for extended periods of time
Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in project or program management within the electrical construction industry
PMP certification or similar is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; combination of relevant education & experience considered in lieu

Salary commensurate with experience.
Paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
