JOB INFORMATION

JOB SUMMARY
Builds brand trust and company reputation through community engagement and outreach in our service area. Leads company community engagement through either voluntarism, nonprofit donations & sponsorships, educational programming or community event support. Works in partnership with field-based personnel to plan and execute community engagement activities. Presents relevant company information related to job function to internal and external stakeholders.
LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Complex responsibilities related to primary focus of job area. Uses best practices and in-depth business knowledge to solve complex problems and improve products or services. May adapt procedures, processes and techniques to meet the more complex requirements of position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; determining new program requirements and measurement of company impact.
• Provide support for storm situations, United Way efforts and award banquets.
• Support field-based community affairs team in local community engagement.
• Build long-term relationships with key community stakeholders and groups for advocacy on behalf of company.
• Lead local area efforts for volunteer opportunities and participation.
• Assist with coordination of franchise election activities.
• Implement community stakeholder engagement through either voluntarism, nonprofit donations, educational programming or community events.
• Mobilize people and financial support for community activities.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Participate in social service organizations and community activities.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree And 5 years directly related experience.
WORKING CONDITIONS
• May require extensive travel.
• May be required to work overtime and weekends and holidays.
• Vehicle must be able to accommodate materials and supplies.
• May occasionally require lifting up to 25 pounds when performing Safety programs or delivering materials to schools.
• May require participation in meetings and activities outside of normal working hours.
• May require use of personal vehicle to perform job duties.

SPECIAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
• Member is required to drive in order to perform their job duties. Member is assigned a company vehicle and/or member must drive a company and/or personal vehicle to complete company business at least 50% of time.

$71,219 - $94,952
