Primary Purpose
Exelon’s EAM Transformation program will focus on modernizing our work, asset, and supply management capabilities in order to enhance the way we serve our customers and improve our employee experience. As part of that, we will be replacing our current Asset Suite (AS8) platform with a reliable, scalable, and adaptable industry leading solution.
An integral component of this effort is ensuring users understand the changes that are coming and they are supported through their change journey. We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sr Change Consultant to support organizational transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving successful change adoption by developing and implementing comprehensive change management strategies and deliverables.
This role involves working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and leadership to analyze impacts, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless transitions for employees. The role of the Sr Change Consultant Area Lead will be to effectively support the framework used to proactively plan and manage the steps that need to occur to ensure the business impacted by the upcoming changes will be ready. This position is responsible for contributing to and supporting the design and implementation of change deliverables for their respective process area in support of change plans, communications and stakeholder engagement, feedback management and all aspects of training.
This individual should be a critical thinker with a proven history of task execution and management who is also able to: Work with other project team members and business partners to effectively complete OCCM deliverables such as stakeholder analysis, change impact analysis, establishing and mobilizing change networks, drafting and organizing communications such as road shows, lunch and learns, newsletter articles, talking points, and measuring and monitoring end user adoption and readiness, etc. Provide support to the Organizational Change and Communications Management (OCCM) Center of Excellence (CoE) and execute change management programs and activities applying the Exelon OCCM Methodology (Prosci), processes and tools.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three or more days per week.

Primary Duties
Readiness & Adoption (80%)
Develop and deliver change management strategies and activities that inform, engage, and persuade employees and support overall organizational change initiatives.
Develop and deliver OCCM deliverables and activities, including but not limited to: Change Management Strategy and Plan, Change Impact Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis and Plan, Change Readiness Assessment, Sponsorship Plan, Coaching Plan, Communications Strategy and Plan, Training Strategy and Plan, Change Management Measurement Approach, Change Management Execution, and Project Closeout.
Apply the OCCM Methodology and leverage standard tools and templates when developing OCCM deliverables to meet standards and deliver quality products and services.
Design, develop and deliver visually appealing graphic content to achieve change and communication strategies and objectives. Track and report project change management and deliverable status.
Business Partnership (10%):
Build strong relationships with project managers, key business stakeholders, and leaders to become a trusted advisor. Provide organizational change management support with the goal of helping projects achieve their expected benefits and adoption targets, while meeting their complex organizational change needs. This may have enterprise-wide impacts and scope.
Partner with project managers and appropriate levels of leadership to gather relevant content required to create organizational change management deliverables.
Work with Portfolio/Project Change Lead to manage project expectations, scope, alignment, and reporting.

Change Leadership (5%):
Identify and prioritize change-related issues and risks, define action plans, and lead mitigation techniques.
Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer for new OCCM resources.
Other tasks as required.
Vision & Strategy (5%):
Support internal business operations best practices and research; learn about organizational change management, communications, and training methods, techniques, trends, and recommend their use as appropriate.
Job Scope
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Change Management, Communications/Marketing, or related discipline.
Prosci Change Management certification and experience.
3-5 years' experience in Organizational Change Management associated with organizational change initiatives.
Experience working on large-scale, complex projects, ERP implementations, technology solutions and/or working at a large consulting firm, utility, or other regulatory company.
Experience/knowledge of Organizational Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Advanced communication skills including active listening skills and adapting communications style as needed to best suit the audience and situation.
Ability to plan, develop, and deliver creative, visually impactful, consistent messages in a systematic, ongoing manner, involving the right people at the right time.
Demonstrate ability to operate in a fast, complex, and changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
PROSCI Certified
Bachelor's degree in Organization Development, Communications, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field.
Visual and graphic design experience and ability to efficiently translate complex messages into user-friendly deliverables including, but not limited to infographics, newsletters, training, and presentations using tools such as MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $84,000.00/Yr. - USD $126,000.00/Yr.
