As an Advisor Unify Data, you are responsible to provide subject matter expertise around data profiling, scoping, quality review, conversion approach, validations, and associated issue resolution for your assigned workstream.
This is a temporary fixed term 18 month assignment.
What you will do:
Support planning and communication of the data work during each Unify phase.
Support onboarding of the System Integration during the Mobilization phase
Accountable to ensure execution of data readiness scope and deliverables to meet program timelines.
Leverage data expertise to provide support and input to Unify Functional teams, Business SMEs and the System Integrator for data profiling, extraction, cleansing, conversion and validation.
Work with the Function team to define the Mock dataset strategy and sequence.
Identify data readiness issues and challenges, provide recommendations to remediate, plan and execute resolution and escalate as required.
Participate in Conversion Functional Design reviews to ensure the process, data mapping, and data rules are accurately captured.
Support the resolution of issues within and across teams with respect to requirements and processes.
Support the execution of data conversion processes across entire data lifecycle to meet program timelines and key dates, including cutovers.
Identify data readiness opportunities for optimization and execution in order to maximize efficiencies, making recommendations.
Who you are:
you have related university degree in Business or Technology
you have 4+ years of related experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs.
You have experience with SAP, EBS, Oracle Cloud, or Maximo and data standards and data quality reporting.
You are able to understand the enterprise wide and Business Unit specific requirements.
You are proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Project
Industry experience in energy storage and distribution is an asset.
Experience with large scale, complex project go-lives (i.e. cutovers) is preferred.
Experience with data transformation on large enterprise programs
Experience with Internal Controls and mapping to business processes
Experience with data sustainment and enterprise data governance

Physical Requirements:
Include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 45 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement. Mobility to walk in outdoor conditions that occasionally involve uneven and slippery terrain and to enter and exit excavations. Agility with the ability to ascend and descend ladders, scaffolding, ramps, poles, and other devices using feet and legs, and/or hands and arms.
