Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day domain administration, troubleshooting, maintenance such as patching of servers.

  • Implementation and administration of Core Active Directory Services including but not limiting to DNS, LDAP,

  • Lead security best practices implementation for AD environment, including GPO, PKI, Certificate Authority, Kerberos, etc

  • AD domain controller availability, backup/restore, health and performance monitoring

  • Knowledge of PowerShell and other scripting languages for automating tasks and managing Active Directory.

  • Manage deployment and maintenance of CyberArk

  • Build and maintain secure file transfer system such as Opswat between security zones

  • Work with peers to define AD and DNS requirements for new and existing applications.

  • Design and build infrastructure in lab and production environments.

  • Integration of multi-factor authentication technologies

  • Manage and report on status for Active Directory and DNS projects including vulnerability remediation efforts, integration efforts, and implementation projects.

  • Must be available 24/7, on call, and/or participate in off-hour emergency response activities as required.

  • Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

Required Education/Experience

  • Master's Degree Computer Science or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience or

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience or

  • Associate's Degree Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience or

  • High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Relevant Work Experience

  • Experience in build and management of AD, LDAP, DNS and other Windows systems in physical or virtualized platform. Required

  • Experience with storage, backup and restore enterprise solutions such as Veeam. Required

  • Experience with identity and privilege access management and security systems. Required

  • Experience in Patch Management and Change Control processes. Required

  • Experience in system health monitoring. Required

  • Experience architecting and implementing new solutions to meet business needs. Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact with personnel on all levels. Preferred

  • Strong project management skills. Preferred

  • Strong leadership, ability to manage employees and contractors. Preferred

  • Strong documentation skills. Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Driver's License Required

Other Physical Demands

  • Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
