ConEdison Project Specialist - Compensation in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources or related field. and 5 years of work experience or
Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Human Resources or related field. and 3 years of work experience. or
Relevant Work Experience
Broad compensation and/or benefits experience. Required.
Must have excellent Presentation and customer service skills. Required
Advanced data analytics and modelling using programs such as Excel, Power BI, etc. Required
Excellent oral and written communications as well as interpersonal skills. Required
Ability to drive multiple assignments and projects to successful completion. Required
Ability to review and interpret regulations relating to compensation. Required
An understanding of budgeting and accounting. Preferred
Willing and able to learn new regulations related to benefits and compensation and integrate these regulations into projects and programs.
Knowledge of PeopleFluent and Oracle systems for compensation planning. Preferred

Driver's License Required

Physical Demands
Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday
Ability to read small print and symbols
Additional Physical Demands
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Must be able and willing to travel as needed.
Must be able to provide off hours support as required.
