ConEdison Manager, GIS Gas Technology in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
Master's Degree and 6 years' full-time related experience or
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' full-time related experience.
Relevant Work Experience
Six years of experience and proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Required
Minimum of three years' supervisory experience. Required
Must have experience in GIS technology, with a focus on the gas, pipeline, or utilities industry. Required
Experienced working with consultants/vendors to manage deliverables. Required
Experience in leading and facilitating workshops and meetings. Required
Experienced in using utility focused software applications for creating engineering designs, facility maps and recording field inspections. Required
Experienced in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue/risk management. Required
Prior experience with change management efforts or projects. Required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Required
Knowledge of natural gas distribution design, mapping and operating business functions. Preferred
Licenses And Certfications
- Driver's License Required

Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday
Ability to read small print and symbols
Additional Physical Demands
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory as needed.
