Job Description

Core Responsibilities
Support Con Edison's grantmaking database including assigning incoming proposals, managing reporting requirements, and working to ensure data integrity
Provide technical assistance for grantmakers and nonprofit partners around the grantmaking system, including responding to grant-related inquiries from a wide range of constituencies
Support data measurement and evaluation to inform grant recommendations and program design
Manage program reporting and prepare presentations for Con Edison Board of Directors
Support communications goals for team, including managing online presence for Strategic Partnerships on ConEd.com and the intranet
Support employee engagement team programs by coordinating events, including: volunteer events, departmental meetings, trainings, workshops, and employee recognition events
Develop training materials and maintain operating procedures for the department
Serve as emergency responder and participate in all aspects of Corporate Affairs responsibilities during emergencies and assist in preparation of emergency preparedness information
Perform other related administrative tasks and assignments as required
Required Education/Experience
Associate's Degree or
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant Work Experience
At least 5 years of work experience required Required
Experience engaging in multiple team-based, competing projects and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines Required
Detail orientation, an eye for consistency, accuracy, and precision in all areas of work Required
