ConEdison Clean Energy Senior Specialist in New York, New York
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience. or
Master's Degree and 2 years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Science, Economics, Information Technology, Business, Environmental Studies, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience.
Relevant Work Experience
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills and accountability. Required
Ability to exercise independent judgment and render sound business decisions. Required
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, as well as with customers, vendors, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders. Required
Well-organized, detail-oriented, flexible to handle multiple assignments and projects, able to implement process improvements, and able to meet deadlines. Required
Ability to conduct presentations to audiences of all sizes and types. Required
Strong knowledge of computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Projects). Required
Relevant work experience including knowledge of the transportation electrification landscape, energy storage systems, project management, and construction. Preferred
Relevant experience and knowledge on forecasting, demand management programs, and capital deferment mechanisms. Preferred
Experience and/or working knowledge of the capital planning process. Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- Driver's License Required
Additional Physical Demands
Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
