Job Summary/Purpose
The senior manager of analytics product management is a key leadership role under product delivery function within the analytics organization. The senior manager will be responsible for overseeing the design and creation of all insightful analytics products and solutions for internal business customers. The senior manager of product management will lead a team consisting of a product designer, solution architect, an automation analyst, and multiple product managers. The senior manager is responsible for consistent, customer centric analytics solutions across all product teams. Individual product managers will lead product teams organized into “analytics pods.” Each pod will be comprised of multiple roles from both the analytics team and the business organizations, including data scientists, data engineers, and business subject matter experts.

Analytics products are a combination of software, data, automation, and other digital tools that provide insights and recommendations that business leaders may use to make tactical and strategic decisions. The analytics products may leverage a combination of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analytics approaches. These approaches include reports, dashboards, streaming data, regression models, learning models, spatial models, artificial intelligence, and other analytics techniques.
