JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
This position plays a critical role in Entergy’s ethics and compliance (E&C) program. The E&C program is focused on fostering an ethical culture at Entergy and promoting employee compliance with applicable laws and company policies. The successful candidate will provide primary support for E&C program communications and training. This position reports to the VP, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, providing executive support for reporting and presentations, and planning, developing and delivering enterprise-wide communications and training on ethical culture and compliance topics.
JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and writing the annual E&C communication plan
Developing effective written communications on ethics and compliance topics and distributing to employees
Leading the development and implementation of E&C training courses (computer-based and classroom)
Developing E&C presentation material (Power Point and Microsoft Power BI presentations on various risk and culture topics)
Preparing materials for Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer that are presented at executive meetings and outreach events, including annual report to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
Tracking department risk and activity metrics (via Power BI)
Interacting with leadership throughout the organization to understand compliance issues requiring analysis
Preparing and documenting analyses of the risk of employee wrongdoing and coordinating action plans to mitigate identified risks
Assisting in the collection and interpretation of employee feedback on the effectiveness of the E&C program (e.g., employee surveys)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position
Bachelor's Degree in a communications or business-related field required or equivalent work experience.
Minimum experience required of the position
Analyst II: 2 - 4 years of professional experience.
Analyst III: 4 - 6 years of professional experience.
Analyst Sr: At least 6 years of professional experience.
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position:

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Communication skills—Excellent oral and written communication skills including ability to effectively convey complex technical or legal concepts in understandable terms both in writing and verbally; deliver oral presentations to diverse groups
Problem Solving skills—uses analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
Project management skills—Ability to organize and coordinate projects working with peers in other organizations
Results driven self-starter
Intellectually curious
Emotionally intelligent—ability to work with a team, patient and self-aware, able to maintain balance amid opposition and change, multi-culturally aware and sensitive
Preferred/desired:
Knowledge of electric utility business
experience with creation of corporate codes of ethics and employee policies
experience with creation of employee training content
Experience in SharePoint Administration
Experience in Microsoft Power BI
Experience with RSA Archer
Experience with change management
Familiarity with internal controls and risk assessment techniques; understanding of processes and flowcharting
