As a Technical Proposal Writer, your key responsibility is for developing proposal content in coordination with Project Managers, Contract Administrators, and Estimators. The Technical writer must be detailed oriented, highly organized, and possess strong time management skills . Critical for success are excellent written and oral communication skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.

What it takes:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field (equivalent years of related experience also acceptable)
1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid experience with the MS Office Suite and an exposure to estimating software
Utility construction experience preferred
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
