As a Project Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to work with operations, project management teams, corporate office, and reviewing time sheets for accuracy with submittal. This position will require a keen attention to detail, exceptional numerical skills, and strong communication skills. Critical for success is the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, within a fast-paced environment. In this position you will ensure accuracy of rate development to support our business objectives and client needs.

    What it takes?

  • High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), and 2+ years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination .

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to take on additional operational support tasks as needed
