As a Project Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to work with labor relations, fleet, and management to help with rate development. This position will require a keen attention to detail, exceptional numerical skills, and a strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Critical for success is the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, within a fast-paced environment. This position, you will ensure accuracy of rate development to support our business objectives and client needs.

    What it takes?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing numerical data with high accuracy

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas)

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to take on additional operational support tasks as needed
