Nature of Work:
We currently seeking a motivated, safety-minded Field Technician. This position is responsible for supporting field operations by ensuring the timely flow of information between field crews and supervisors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties listed below may vary in terms of importance and other duties may be added or eliminated as this position develop
Schedule field service addresses daily
Complete Daily Progress Reports (DPR’s) and obtain required approvals
Report information to vendor via the vendor’s system
Obtain measurements for each house being serviced (length of pipe installed, size of the pipe, and meter location) and record in vendor system
Record measurements for internal records
Maintain records and provide supporting documentation for services.
Deliver required information to crews including permits, maps, and other information.
Picks up documents from crews and transports them to office ensuring documents get to the appropriate individual.

Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Hight attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of customer service.
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
