In this role, you will provide administrative support and coordination of day-to-day activities for efficient field consultations and stakeholder communication in relation to the Lands & Right of Way support of Core Projects and Programs including the Integrity Dig program.

Please Note:

  • Open to other Ontario Enbridge office locations.

  • This is a temporary term role from 12-18 months.

What you will do:

  • Act as the primary contact to initiate and maintain detailed land information required for Land Advisor to negotiate and support field maintenance and construction activity with Land Stakeholders.

  • Conduct initial review of identified work and develop work package for field execution by Lands Team.

  • Create and maintain Work Orders to support the financial process for invoicing by Service Providers or other stakeholders. In addition analyze, track, and maintain financial records for all landowners.

  • Maintain files and records in Land databases.

Who you are:

  • Related university degree, diploma, or professional land certification with previous experience in oil and gas land administration.

  • 2-4 years of experience required.

  • Working knowledge of Land Registry Act and Land Titles Act in the respective regions of operations and the impact to current land parcels.

  • Proficiency in searching and interpreting land titles, surveys, easements, and related documents.

  • Effective interpersonal skills in dealing with a variety of external and internal customers.

  • Proficiency with Geographic Information Systems (GIS).​

  • Office based.

  • Minimal travel required.
