Position Summary

Responsible for leading focus area grant program, measurement and tracking of KPIs, and assisting with the Foundation's giving operations. Supports the Foundation's mission by effectively promoting community-based programs and services to all employees and retirees.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Develop, own, and implement innovative strategies and processes for the company Foundation grant cycle process and existing operations and giving data needs. Continuously evaluate and improve internal and external corporate giving processes, programs, and collateral to ensure alignment with enterprise and team strategic goals.

  • Partnerships: Work with Foundation representatives and Operating Company Presidents to ensure local needs are met in all operating companies and that grants and programs complement and support business objectives. Collaborate with leadership and regional staff to develop strategic grant making opportunities that highlight company's corporate citizenship.

  • Financial Management: Work with Finance team to ensure Foundation meets all IRS requirements, audits are completed in a timely manner, and grants and other payments are timely to non-profit partners.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Non-Profit Management or combination of education, training and work experience in a related field.

  • 7+ years of professional work experience, with at least 3 years in Corporate Social Responsibility, communications, employee engagement, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated fundraising leadership and experience engaging others to create and accomplish corporate giving goals.

  • Experience in grant review, strong writing, research, data management and data analysis skills required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint applications. Experience leading projects, initiatives, and/or teams.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $82,800.00 to $117,600.00 per year
