As a Technical Proposal Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to develop qualifications and proposal materials for the Marine Operations group. This position will work closely with executives, Project Managers, Estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content. It is essential to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical for success are the ability to handle multiple projects at once while working within tight deadlines and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

    What it takes:

  • Associate degree in related field, 5+ yeas of experience with proposal development or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite

  • Understanding of contract, project terms and conditions (desired)

  • Graphic design experience (desired)

  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be drivenandan acceptable driving record
