As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring our team has everything required to successfully bid and win the project. Estimators must aggressively follow up with subcontractors and venders to ensure quotes are received. Estimator also assists the Project Management team in project hand off and startup. Critical for the success are the ability to take direction, work independently, and management time effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills and an acute attention to details are musts. Must be able to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

What it takes:
Prior estimating, field engineering, and/or project management experience with major heavy civil projects such as tunneling, water and wastewater, transportation, and structures
Positive attitude with the desire to continue learning and developing professionally
High level of organization and attention to details
Ability to manage tight deadlines
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication to collaborate with various levels of management
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Bluebeam
Prior knowledge of HCSS, AutoCAD and P6 would be helpful
