As a Concrete Estimator/Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to estimate and manage a phase of large complex projects or manage multiple medium projects that are approximately greater than $500K and are up to $10M. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of designated project to ensure that goals or objectives of project are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters.

What it takes:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 3-7 years of related experience and/or training, or the equivalent combination
Experience with concrete forming systems and production, experience with concrete placement and finishing and production
Attention to detail and planning
Negotiation experience
Must possess a valid driver's license for the type of vehicle which you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
Solid MS Office and estimating software experience
Experience with Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls software
Travel required
