As a Client Technology Analyst, your key responsibility will be to support the technical deployment and support of software applications, as well as the related licensing administration within Michels Corporation. They will focus on defining client systems strategies to provide optimal client solutions to our users. Support the IT Service Desk and act as a liaison for both the Network and Infrastructure and Business Systems teams. Critical for success is the ability to work well in teams, professional management, and strong communication skills.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 3-5 years of related experience

  • Proficient in project management fundamentals

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe

  • Competent with Microsoft System Center / Configuration Manager

  • Competent with various licensing models
