MasTec is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Miami, FL.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contacting each property owner todiscuss the project and proposed equipment placement with customer.

  • Gaining the customer’s agreement to proceed with theproject as planned and acquiring all necessary signatures for easementsand acknowledgement forms.

  • Customer outreach will also include on-goingcommunication with the property owners and property occupants throughoutall stages of the project, in accordance with the company’s policies andprocedures.

  • Requires great customer service and communicationskills, as well as purposeful follow up and documentation skills.

  • Be able to professionally communicate in person, overthe phone and email with customers, staff, and vendors.

  • Ability to read and understand construction andengineering plans.

  • Coordinate special projects as assigned.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

PreferredQualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

  • Experience Minimum of two (2) years customer serviceexperience required, preferably in a construction or project environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination ofrelated education and experience.

  • Associates Degree

  • Education and/or Experience
