MasTec Advanced Technologies Partnership Success Manager in Miami, Florida

  • Manage sub-partner relationships within the Regional Director of Operation's/Regional Vice President's territory; maintain compliance with the Company’s co-employment requirements ; and validate proper installation and service to DirecTV customers. This position is responsible for day-to-day communication with sub-partner principals or their management designees regarding the expectations and specifications of the work being performed

    • Recruit and ensure adequate mix of subcontractor management companies (headcount) as required to support business/financial objectives.

    • Validate daily sub-partner compliance with contractual and operating requirements.

    • Performs quality-assurance audits and reviews certifications regularly, within the guidelines of the company’s co-employment requirements, to verify that sub-partner performance meets contractual specifications.

    • Compiles, retrieves and shares various operational reports with sub-partner principals so they are able to manage their businesses at optimal levels

    • Prepares for, participates in and conducts periodic meetings with sub-partner principals or management designees to improve their business performance.

    • Educate sub-partner principals or management designees on new business initiatives

    • Collaborate with Partnership Success, Training, Supply Chain (Warehouse), HR, Finance and Regional Operations teams to optimize sub-partner programs and performance


    • Perform general clerical work such as filing, copying, mailing, etc.

    • Associate Degree/technical school equivalent OR combination of education/experience required.


    • Minimum of two (2) years Satellite, MasTec Advanced Technologies or DIRECTV experience strongly preferred with sub-partner interaction or management or management of multiple customers. Preferred experience in a broad set of operational roles including exposure to or performance in a satellite technician role. Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience may be substituted for previously stated education and experience.


Exempt Working Conditions: Position requires strenuous physical work and can be exposed to extreme weather conditions. Requires ability to travel and drive to job sites daily. Heavy lifting, pushing or pulling of objects up to 75 pounds occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds frequently. Must be able to stand, walk, climb a 40-foot extension ladder, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, handle, talk, hear, repetitive motion, and have eye/hand/foot coordination. Noise level is usually moderate. Work may be indoors (climate controlled, attics) or outdoors on roofs or in crawl spaces in extreme weather conditions. Must have prior to and throughout employment an acceptable background and current, valid driver’s license to commute to customer homes. Overtime, nights, weekends holidays, and variable schedules are highly possible and will be expected in order to perform the essential functions of the position. Hours fluctuate throughout the year with the busiest times during the summer months where six day workweeks are highly possible.
Must meet weight restrictions in order to comply with OSHA and the Company safety standards.
