Responsibilities include but are not limited using Microsoft Access to maintain, manage and create new and/or enhance existing databases. Create databases to organize and save data and create reports for various Revenue Operations groups. This position will also be responsible to analyze data, determine trends, and develop reports as requested by management and work management tools related to the department’s achievement of various OSA metrics or to meet various regulatory requirements.
• Review/create reports, tables and databases to determine inconsistencies and/or irregularities
• Investigate and develop solutions to requests
• Develop and generate ad hoc reports and scorecard reports from existing systems that support informational needs of management and/or operating personnel
• Develop and/or enhance existing spreadsheets/databases
• Collect, summarize and analyze various reports and performance measures
• Prepare reports (daily, monthly, annually, and ad hoc)
• Actively participate in problem solving initiatives to determine root cause, gap analysis, along with the development and implementation of process improvement recommendations
• Provide timely feedback to determine effectiveness of implemented solutions and take corrective action as required
Job Specific Qualifications
Required Skills, Competencies and Education
• Bachelor degree and a minimum of 7 years of analytical experience. In lieu of a degree those with a minimum of 11 years equivalent analytical experience may be considered.
• Strong computer skills, specifically proficiency with Microsoft Access programming with VBA, Oracle or similar applications and Excel.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Power Point and Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving abilities
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong quantitative skills
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. driver's license and a safe and satisfactory driving history
• Must demonstrate a sense of teamwork and initiative
Minimum Years of Experience
