Operations leader for CCGT, responsible for management of the control room operations including NERC, environmental and safety compliance. Other duties include, ensuring operator training and operational coordination with SEC and outage logistics with planning and execution groups.
Degreed candidates must have seven (7) years of experience in progressively responsible assignments demonstrating success in various management / supervisory positions with the power generation, maintenance, or engineering areas.
Non-degreed candidates must have ten (10) years of experience in progressively responsible assignments demonstrating success in various management / supervisory positions with the power generation, maintenance, or engineering areas.
Provide direction for the operation of the control room including NERC compliance, plant performance testing, gas nomination, DCS and plant control systems will be the primary plant contact for System Energy Coordination
Provides leadership, coaching, counseling and advising to others through day to day contact.
Directs monitors and evaluates the performance of direct reports within the reporting organization.
Responsible for achieving business results relating to overall performance, cost efficiency and reliability.
Must learn, implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Enter and prioritize related work requests in the maintenance management system.
