Expected salary range of $159,300 to $177,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Manager Project Management is responsible for integration of the Project Management (PM) led projects into the Site's Strategic Asset Management Plan (AMP) and Corporate Strategic Plan. The incumbent will ensure sufficient detail is included in the plans to support development of accurate budgets and schedules. They will directly manage Project Managers for specific projects as determined by the Sr. Manager Site Project Management. Provide leadership for project team members and the project management process and regularly interfaces with site and externa project stakeholders to support site and corporate business goals and objectives.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Own the integration of PM led projects into the Site's AMP and Corporate Strategic Plan. Oversee the execution of large capital projects. This includes accountability to scope, quality, performance, schedule and budget of assigned project(s) (10%)

  • Directly manage Project Managers as determined by the Sr. Manager Site Project Management (60%)

  • Accountable for gaining Executive Approval for Site Capital Investments. This authorization includes Project Review Committee (PRC), Nuclear Strategic Authorization Committee (NSAC) and Generation Oversight Committee (GOC) Committee approvals, as necessary (10%)

  • Direct the Project Team and integrate all resources (10%)

  • Provide communication to Nuclear Generation Group (NGG) and site or corporate management for assigned / proposed projects (5%)

  • Ensure stakeholder review and buy-in of intermediate and final project deliverables (5%)

  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience

  • OR

  • Associate's degree in a business-related field with 10 years of related experience

  • OR

  • High School diploma/GED and 12 years of related experience

  • Experience managing complex projects

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position)

  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related field

  • Experience in plant operation and/or maintenance

  • Supervisory or Managerial experience at a nuclear power plant

  • Knowledge of contract management and / or Asset Suite 9 (AS9)

  • Previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license/certification
