Job Description:

Assist in the work scheduling process by assigning jobs to line servicer personnel and providing customer assistance for an assigned area.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS are listed below:

Under immediate supervision:

  1. Perform duties assigned in the work scheduling process, including the assignment of jobs to line servicer personnel using management system applications.

  2. Develop schedules for line servicer and technician appointments.

  3. Communicate with customers and direct inquiries.

  4. Support adherence to standard work scheduling policies and procedures.

  5. Assist with outage management as needed.

  6. Provide administrative support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Basic Qualifications for Associate Level (SG 02):

Education requirements are listed below:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

  • 9 months of post high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  1. Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills.

  2. Prioritization skills.

  3. Customer Focus and Teamwork.

  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Must be available for overtime when needed.

  6. Occasional travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications for Assistant Level (SG 03):

Education requirements are listed below:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Work Experience requirement listed below:

  • 3 years of post high school experience in utilizing administrative procedures and office equipment or the equivalent, normally obtained by progression through the Work Scheduling Rep Assc classification.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with computers and computer programs, effective verbal and written communication skills required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Must be available to work overtime, call-out overtime and shift work, as required.

  2. Travel requirements are expected 10-25% of the time

  3. Ability to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Organizational and analytic/problem solving skills; Prioritization skills; Customer Focus and Teamwork.

  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  5. Must be available for overtime when needed.
