As the Office 365/SharePoint developer you will be designing solutions for company’s Office365 Tenant and SharePoint On-premise environment, design solutions which extend SharePoint through various customization techniques, and integrate with the third-party products.


  • Develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions

  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management, Records Management, User Adoption, Governance and Change Management.

  • Developing SharePoint Governance plan and support developing best practices for developing SharePoint-based applications.

  • Monitors and troubleshoot issues on SharePoint 2016 On-premise environment.

  • Provides technical support for Office 365/SharePoint users and mentor Power Users.

  • Addresses questions or concerns from business owners or directors regarding the function of the software.

  • Keeps apprised of Microsoft updates to SharePoint software.

  • Applies updates to company’s edition of SharePoint as necessary.

  • Maintains SharePoint firewalls and security.

  • Holds training and informational sessions to teach employees how to use SharePoint.

  • Consults with management to devise the most useful ways to apply SharePoint to a business’s goals.

  • Attends IT conferences to learn about new software developments.


  • In depth understanding of the capabilities of Office 365/SharePoint Online.

  • Hands-on experience in C#, SharePoint Object model, REST API, PowerShell and PnP for custom tool/app development.

  • Experience in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Runbooks, Graph API and Azure Application Monitoring.

  • Data migration to Office365/SharePoint Online.

  • Expertise in designing Power Apps, Power Automate to enhance out of the box SharePoint features and functionality.

  • Experience in the SharePoint web content management, records management, Timer jobs, Content types, Hybrid Taxonomy and Hybrid search.

  • Experience in designing solutions based on Microsoft Office suite of products.

  • Demonstrates specific knowledge of the function and makeup of Microsoft SharePoint.

  • Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Possesses knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security.

  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive company information responsibly.

  • Possesses ability to think creatively to devise customizations and uses for SharePoint.

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization.

  • Works well with a team.

  • Demonstrates ability to work and conduct research independently.

  • Manages time efficiently and multi-tasks effectively.

  • Able to think and work quickly to remedy system shutdowns or serious software problems.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • Advanced level experience working with Office 365/SharePoint is required.
