    This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Outage Services Resource Supervisor in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Resource Development & Training Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

  • Provide daily front-line supervision and career development support for a team of technical personnel under broad supervision.

  • Planning and scheduling work, supervising workflow, and adherence to budget.

  • Supervises the execution of preparations for technical work to be conducted, reviews progress and maintain a program that motivates and encourages personnel and career growth.

  • Develop and foster communications with field service technicians.

  • Assist with the staffing assignments of direct reports.

  • Perform compensation review for direct reports.

  • Develop career progression path with milestones for each direct report and provide continual feedback to monitor progress.

  • Perform people reviews, providing feedback on performance, and creating action plans if necessary.

  • Provide feedback and coaching for improvement.

  • Interface with HR and Access Control regarding confidential employee matters.

  • Collaborate with RDT Leadership and Product Lines on action items, contract adherence, and KPIs.

  • Perform as an instructor for IBO specific training courses.

    Your Total Rewards Package

    The range of base salary for the position is between $95,000 - $129,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
