Job Title: NAS Site Supervisor – North American Stainless
Reports To: Region Manager
Job Summary: Supervise, train, and assist field service engineers and technicians while being responsible for all aspects of team’s field service work, including customer communication, sales, job estimating, scheduling, reports and billing. Support North American Stainless (NAS) Electrical Maintenance personal with Daily PM’s, Outage planning & preparation, and work directly with NAS High Voltage Manager.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Assist Management with developing training, career paths and succession planning for all team members
Manages large teams of technicians
Develops work plans for execution of maintenance and testing of electrical apparatus in accordance with established standards, scopes of work and customer requests
Directs specialized tests, inspections, troubleshooting and appraisals on electrical apparatus and electrical systems
Responsible for timely customer deliverables including project reports and billing information
Actively involved in customer communication and business development activities, including recommendations regarding mitigation of deficiencies found during maintenance and testing activities and inspections
Analyzes projects and identifies areas to improve efficiencies and profitability while still meeting customer expectations
Plans and participates in safety meetings, training, and audits
Supports management in the planning, scheduling, execution and cost management of field projects as well as organizational goals and objectives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiar with industry standards such as NETA Standards, NFPA and OSHA compliance, federal, state and local safety laws, DOT rules and regulations
Familiar with the installation, configuration, wiring of all types of switchgear and equipment
Knowledge of electrical apparatus testing with a strong theoretical understanding of electrical power systems
Ability to supervise large scale projects
Ability to assist with complex mechanical and electrical problems
Doble Test Assistant and PowerDB knowledge preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet goals and deadlines
Ability to work independently while utilizing excellent judgement
Must have intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Work Environment:
Work in close, but safe, proximity to live electrical substations
Able to work flexible hours including overtime, nights, weekends and some holidays
Able to work overnight, multi-day and out-of-town projects
Must be willing to rotate emergency on-call duty and respond to customer emergenciesin a timely manner
Willing to relocate to within 60 miles of a Premier Power Maintenance office

Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors or Associates Degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology preferred, or equivalent work/military experience required
NETA II or higher certification preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years of supervisory or project management experience required
Experience presenting project information and outcomes to customers and company leadership
Other Requirements:
Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, education verification, motor vehicle report, physical abilities test and an approved hair and urine drug screen
Must have a valid driver’s license and must have or be willing to obtain an endorsement to operate a combined vehicle weight up to 26k lbs. CDL license preferred
Must be able to lift and maneuver at least 50 lbs.
Must be willing to obtain a company paid TWIC card, OSHA 30 hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E,and CPR training
