As a Technical Proposal Writer, your key responsibilities will be to write technical content for use in the development of qualification and proposal materials for the Trenchless divisions. This position will work closely with Executives, Project Managers, Estimators and other internal and external business partners to develop proposal content . Critical for success are the ability to handle multiple projects at once while working within tight deadlines and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team .

    What it takes:

  • Associate's Degree and 5+ years of experience with proposal development or related experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Bachelor’s Degree (desired)

  • Experience in the construction industry (desired)

  • Understanding of contract and project terms and conditions (desired)

  • Must possess a valid driver license with an acceptable driving record
