As an Operations Technology Specialist, your key responsibilities will be to develop and implement custom technology solutions. Provide GIS technical assistance and create efficiencies, improve systems, and data processes utilized by internal teams and customers. Critical for success are strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

    What it takes?

  • Associate degree in Geographic Information Systems or related field and 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.

  • Experience working in the ArcGIS environment (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Mobile Applications).

  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Arcade.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Operating Systems.

  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Willingness to take on additional operational support tasks as needed.
