As an Estimator, your key responsibilities will be to participate in the evaluation of pre-bid sites, documenting layout, specifications, and site-specific information. Estimators must follow up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received and work with the project management teams to follow-up on bids and budgets to close the business. Critical for success are acute attention to detail and time management.

    What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field, 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination

  • Must possess a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record

  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite and Abobe
