A SharePoint developer is responsible for maintaining the SharePoint Online environment to include maintenance, deploying solutions, troubleshooting the environment, using best practices for availability and reliability, performance monitoring, and security governance of the cooperative intranet portal. In this position, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside peers who are versatile, enthusiastic, and continuing to strive to push AECC and our mission forward.


  • Designs, develops, and supports custom enterprise solutions within the SharePoint Online platform using of out-of-the-box features and capabilities (Including but not limited to Forms, PowerApps, PowerBI, Planner)

  • Designs, develops, and deploys corporate intranet site pages on SharePoint Online using standard SharePoint features with LiveTiles solution add-on tools.

  • Converts current InfoPath Forms applications to SharePoint lists and/or PowerApps as determined by business requirements

  • Develops dashboards with data driven content, data visualizations, and reports using various Microsoft reporting platforms (PowerBI, Excel, and other relevant tools.)

  • Meets with process owners to assess business needs, identify and design solutions, and solicit feedback,

  • Writes technical documentation for developed solutions which covers topics such as solution installation, configuration, support, training materials, etc.

  • Understands and manages security and change request best practice for SharePoint Online and application access.

  • Provides regularly scheduled user training opportunities for SharePoint Online and Office365

  • Provides user support, including researching issues and determining options for resolution.

  • The ability to handle stress and work well with others are essential functions of this position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related field, plus at least 2 years of related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Must understand Windows production environments and have proficiency with MS Office365 solutions.
