Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation Infrastructure Support Intern Summer 2025 in Little Rock, Arkansas

Description

This is a Temporary Position during Summer 2025

  • Edit system infrastructure documentation and monitor network & data center analysis systems.

  • Assist the department with a variety of IT research and communications projects.

  • Assist with hardware and software installations, modifications, and maintenance.

  • Research and assist with troubleshooting of workstation support incidents as they occur.

  • Record incidents and service requests in the Service Manager portal for all calls as received and emails not previously recorded.

  • Provide support for Windows OS, Office 365 applications, and mobile devices.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

  • Technologically adept with moderate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.Exceptional analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Extremely detailed and accuracy oriented.

  • Exceptional writing skills

  • Good communication skills

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
