Job Summary

The Gas Project Manager will work directly with construction management in the bidding process. This position will also support field construction crews and subcontractors in addition to various personnel within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery.

  • Report and communicate with internal management each day.

  • Build processes required to deliver all project requirements.

  • Coordinate with the Project Construction Team for timing, execution, and closeout of individual projects.

  • Work with Field Management to make sure correct units are being captured throughout project.

  • Ensure timesheets and daily logs are correct and entered daily.

  • Identify and make suggestions on additional equipment, tools and or crew members needed to ensure on time project completion.

  • Conduct Quality and Safety Audits utilizing provided systems.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of Gas Project Manager experience.

  • Microsoft Office proficiency

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate progress, recognize deficiencies, and report immediately.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field of study.

  • 5 or more years of Construction Gas Project Manager experience.

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.

  • OSHA 10 certification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
