Plumber
Plumbers safely installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes of utility construction projects. Plumbers collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure company procedures are followed.
What Do You Offer Us?
Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures
Collaborate with other construction professionals
Follow building plans and blueprints
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems
Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required
Prepare bids, budgets, and cost estimates
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed, and materials used
Other related duties and projects as assigned

What is Required?
3-5 Years field experience or Military equivalent
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and safety practices
Ability to read and follow blueprints and rough drawings
Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversion of measurements
Ability to work extended hours when necessary for business needs
Experience working in construction is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Ability to maintain valid driver’s license
Walking 100% of the day on uneven ground
Squatting 50% of the day
Kneeling 50% of the day
Standing 100% of the day
Working with small hand tools for 30% of the day
Working in outside environment 100% of the day
May work more than 8 hours a day
Will lift more than 75 lbs. 30% of the day
Will lift at least 50 lbs. 50% of the day
