THIS POSITION:

We are interested in hiring experienced Traffic Control Superintendents who want a career, not just a job. Do you want to work for a company that recognizes your hard work and loyalty? • Plan, organize, and supervise set-up, take down, maintain traffic control, and handle traffic-related situations.

· Control and allocate available resources; prioritize projects.

• Interact with supervisors, project supervisors, coworkers, public, subordinate employees, contractors, project owners, and their agents.

· Conduct on-site JHA

· Communicate problems

· Follow federal, state, local and company laws, rules, and regulations

WHAT DO YOU HAVE?

· 5+ years traffic control work experience in a supervisor capacity (Traffic Control Technician, Flagger and Traffic Control Supervisor certification).

· Experience managing operations budget and review of profit and loss reports.

· You enjoy working outdoors.

· You can stand for extended periods of time and can meet other physical demands of the job.

· You have a clear current state driver’s license.

· You pass a drug screening, which includes marijuana.

· Able to pass a background check.

· Able to work in extreme weather conditions (hot or cold) when required and necessary.

· Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
