Position Specific Description

SENIOR PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER – Energy Efficiency

As a senior marketing manager, you will be the subject matter expert over your portfolio of products and act as the voice of customer with a deep understanding of their needs and desires. You will be responsible for developing, executing and measuring strategic marketing plans, demonstrating a clear understanding of our customers and how to build awareness of our products to satisfy their needs. You will be comfortable with the day-to-day marketing activities, as well as contributing to long-term strategy while focusing on meeting tight deadlines and being responsive to changing business needs. The role requires both a strategic mindset and strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

· Develop effective annual marketing strategies and plans to meet corporate indicators for a portfolio of products

· Manage the execution of cross-channel campaigns with keen attention to detail, across digital and print platforms

· Ensure disciplined budget management

· Craft compelling content across print and digital channels

· Liaise with internal and external creative agencies to deliver successful high-visibility campaigns across multiple media, including TV, radio and print advertising

· Evaluate campaign success using relevant KPIs on an ongoing basis and report back to stakeholders with recommendations for improvement

· Partner with the Research and Insights Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative customer research related to new product offerings and cost-mitigation projects

· Drive the launch of new product offerings from concept through implementation

· Cultivate successful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, business partners and vendors

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Job Overview
